Lord Wolfson, CEO of Next, the U.K.’s biggest department store chain, just gave his entire annual bonus ($3.6 million!) to his employees.
He said his donation of his bonus was a “gesture of thanks and appreciation for [their] hard work and commitment … through some very tough times.”
